Situation normal.  We’re all fine here now.  We’re all fine…

Yes, Houston is taking a sound beating from all the rain.  Particularly out here on the west side.  The bayous and creeks are already at record levels, and the runoff hasn’t hit them yet.  It’s going to be an interesting couple days.

I walked out to see our little creek this morning, and while the water is rushing like mad, so far it’s doing its job.

Hopefully that trend will continue, as it looks like we’ve got more rain on the way.
