Now, while your partner can’t see properly, give a downward kick!

They might quiver a little after being kicked. This is normal. It’s just muscle contraction.

Now, while they’re distracted by pain, grab the camera and let’s start our 5 oz. curls.

Firm grip? And lift!

And pull! Pull! Three more!

And release.
